FRANK MURRAY A pioneer of immigration law practice in Miami, Florida, Frank Murray has practiced immigration law for more than 38 years. Over that period, Mr. Murray has helped tens of thousands of individuals gain legal status, including lawful permanent residency (“green cards”) and U.S. citizenship. Through his diligence, ingenuity, and honesty in dealing with the most difficult and sensitive cases, Mr. Murray has earned the appreciation and respect of his clients and colleagues. Mr. Murray graduated from the University of Florida with a Juris Doctor degree in 1968. He has both lectured and authored articles in the field of Immigration & Nationality Law. |
In addition, Mr. Murray has handled thousands of cases in the Florida Family Law Courts, including divorce, paternity, child support, adoptions, and the very specialized area of Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, first obtaining a “Best Interest” Order from the Florida family court, and then lawful permanent residence status from the Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Murray has represented individuals from all over the world. He has gained particular recognition for his work with Miami's Haitian community, as he has represented thousands of Haitians in Immigration Court and before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). |

Michael Murray Michael Murray earned his bachelors degree at University of Florida and later graduated from St. Thomas School of Law in Miami, Florida. While in law school, Mr. Murray was enrolled in the Immigration Clinic and the Immigration Seminar, where he received the Book Award for his thesis pertaining to criminal waivers for aliens convicted of violent crimes. An active member of the Florida Bar and the Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Mr. Murray has represented applicants for citizenship, lawful permanent residence, asylum, cancellation of removal, and nonimmigrant visas before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and Immigration Court. Mr. Murray also represents aliens in criminal court seeking post-conviction relief. |
